If you are a first time client, please select this option. This is a personalized plan rooted in holistic nutrition and whole body wellness put together with intention to honor your current needs and health related goals. Please allow at least 90 minutes for this appointment. We will meet on zoom and discuss your health history, current health picture, goals and intentions for working together. Afterwards, I'll review everything we discussed and create a Holistic Recommendation Plan for you. In this plan, you’ll receive personalized guidance and recommendations on things like: ✦ Nourishing foods, supplements, and herbs to support your body’s current needs ✦ Mindful movement routines to restore flow and grounding ✦ Energy-supporting practices and vibrational support (ex: essences, sound healing, etc) ✦ Mindfulness tools for emotional resilience and nervous system support ✦ Prompts to support your spiritual journey and strengthen your intuition ✦ Empowered wellness practices to support sovereignty over your health path Please complete the forms you're prompted to complete at booking as these will be necessary for us to review together during the appointment.
