By booking and participating in an Angel Reading with Soulfully Nourish, LLC and it's practitioners, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Spiritual Guidance Only
   Angel Readings are intended to offer intuitive, spiritual guidance and insight for personal growth and reflection. They are not intended to replace professional advice or care in areas such as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services.

2. No Guarantees or Promised Outcomes
   While every effort is made to deliver messages that are compassionate, clear, and supportive, no guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcome of any information shared. You understand that spiritual guidance is interpretive in nature and that any decisions you make based on this reading are entirely your own responsibility.

3. Personal Responsibility
   You accept full responsibility for how you interpret and apply the information received. You agree that you are solely responsible for your own mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being following participation in this service.

4. Not Regulated or Evaluated by the FDA
   Any references to energetic support, angelic communication, or intuitive insight are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

5. Online Delivery Format
   Readings may be delivered through written reports, email, or live video/audio sessions. You understand that technical issues may occasionally occur with online communication, and you agree to participate in a flexible and respectful manner.

6. Confidentiality
   All personal information and communication shared during the reading will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Release of Liability
   By participating in this service, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Soulfully Nourish, LLC, including its owner(s), practitioners, affiliates, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or demands—known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable—arising from or in connection with your participation in an Angel Reading. This release applies to all forms of delivery, including but not limited to email, video call, audio recording, and written reports.
